Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry, we store your name, phone number, project interest, message and submission date so our team can respond. Only authorized administrators can access enquiries. Please avoid sending identity documents or financial account information through this form.
Saved projects
Signing in lets us associate saved projects and recently viewed profiles with your account. You can remove saved projects from your collection.
Browsing analytics
We record aggregate events such as project views, searches, comparisons and contact clicks. Analytics does not store your search text, name or phone number. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit abuse of public forms.
Property assistant
When you send an assistant question, your question and up to six recent conversation messages are sent to OpenAI with public project information to generate a reply. One Realty does not save chat transcripts in its database; the conversation clears when you reload the page. We request that API responses are not stored by OpenAI, although provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Please do not include identity documents, bank details or other sensitive personal information. You can use the property finder or contact our team without using AI.
Maps and WhatsApp
Embedded maps are provided by Google and may process connection information under their own policies. WhatsApp links open a separate service; you choose whether to send a message there.
